Terms of Use
These terms apply when you access or use SafarMate. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with these terms.
Planning assistance
SafarMate is a planning aid. It uses automated tools, including AI, to organize trip ideas. Generated plans, place names, routes, distances, journey times, costs, schedules, accommodation, restaurant information, halal status, accessibility information, prayer stops, and safety notes may be estimated, incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.
Verify before travelling
You remain responsible for travel decisions. Before travelling, confirm bookings, passports, visas, entry rules, transport routes and operators, schedules, fares, opening hours, local conditions, accessibility, age restrictions, halal certification, prayer times, and emergency or safety information with appropriate authoritative sources.
Religious information
Prayer calculations, Qibla direction, Jama and Qasr guidance, duas, dhikr, Quran reflections, and Islamic etiquette are provided for convenient reference and are not personal religious rulings. Compass readings and calculated prayer times can be affected by device sensors, location quality, calculation settings, and local practice. Consult a qualified scholar or trusted local authority where guidance is uncertain.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information, protect your password, and take responsibility for activity under your account. SafarMate is intended for adults and family organisers rather than unsupervised use by children. A parent or legal guardian should supervise any child's interaction with the service.
Your content
You retain responsibility for trip details, notes, keepsakes, feedback, and other content you enter. You permit SafarMate and its service providers to process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and maintain the requested service. Do not enter information that you do not have the right to use.
Usage limits and acceptable use
Free generation allowances and other limits may apply and may change with reasonable notice. Do not automate excessive requests, bypass limits, interfere with operation, probe security, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful material, misuse another person's account, or use generated content to harm, deceive, or violate the rights of others.
External services
SafarMate may open external maps, directions, flight searches, websites, or device sharing tools. Those services are independent and governed by their own terms. A link does not guarantee accuracy, availability, endorsement, or a commercial relationship.
Availability and changes
Features may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SafarMate is provided without a guarantee that every feature or recommendation will always be available, error-free, complete, or suitable for a particular journey.
Account restriction and deletion
Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security, legal, or operational concerns. You may permanently delete your account and associated SafarMate data through Account settings or request deletion through the account-deletion page.
Privacy
The SafarMate Privacy Policy explains what information is processed, why it is used, service-provider involvement, retention, and your deletion choices.
