Delete a SafarMate account

Account and associated-data deletion

Fastest method: inside the app

  1. Open SafarMate and sign in.
  2. Open Account.
  3. Find “Delete account and data”.
  4. Enter your current password and confirm permanent deletion.

What is deleted

Your Firebase Authentication account, saved trips and itinerary notes, submitted feedback, household preferences, and generation-usage records are deleted. Deletion cannot be undone.

Request deletion without app access

Email support@smufysolutions.com from the address registered to your SafarMate account. Use the subject “SafarMate account deletion request”. We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting data so another person cannot delete your account.

Retention exceptions

Limited information may be retained only where reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. It will not remain available as an active SafarMate account.
